About Secret Girls Club

A place for real-life learning

Secret Girls Club Teens is here for the everyday moments that can feel big, confusing, funny, awkward, exciting, or all of those at once.

Where it began

Secret Girls Club was created by Rachelle O’Toole and has been supporting girls since 2014.

Its purpose is to make room for the real-life things not always taught at school: friendships, confidence, boundaries, emotions, self-worth, body image, navigating drama, and understanding themselves.

How Secret Girls Club Teens feels

Secret Girls Club Teens is designed to feel different from school and different from therapy. It uses relatable scenarios, characters, choices, scripts, reflections, and practical real-life tools so girls can pause, notice what is going on, and try a next step that feels like their own.

It is not about having the perfect answer. It is about making space for honest thinking, kind words, and useful practice.
