MAP
by Secret Girls Club
I tell MAP what's happening, and it helps me work out what to do next.
Start with what's real
You don't need the perfect words to begin.
Pick the moment that feels closest, notice what is going on, and let MAP help you find a next step that fits.
Tell MAP what's happeningA visual way through
Notice. Understand. Choose.
The journey uses three gentle moves: check in with yourself, reality-check the moment, then practise a next step that feels like you.
- M
ME
What is happening in me?
- A
AWARENESS
What else could be true?
- P
PRACTICE
What can I try next?
Your MAP has nine private moments to explore whenever you are ready.
What you'll practise
Why MAP can help
A nine-part, strengths-based TEEN M.A.P. learning journey for girls aged 12–18. Each private learning moment follows a real-life scenario through a choice point, words to borrow, reflection and one practical next action. It is educational support, not therapy, diagnosis, crisis care or 24/7 monitoring.
Your club journey
This is not homework. It is a place to get curious.
Choose a club session, meet a story and explore a real-life moment without anyone expecting you to have the perfect answer. You can pause, go slowly, come back later and try again. That is not falling behind. That is how learning works.
MAP access: these nine private moments open when you sign in with the account that has MAP access.
